Words can not express the gratitude my family feels towards Mr. Delk and his staff members ( Amber & Christina-hope I remembered their names correctly). John reassured us from the beginning that he would use every resource available to ensure that our family received a fair and just decision. He understood our concerns and was upfront and honest from the beginning about ALL the possible outcomes our case could render. To represent and fight for someone’s family member as if it were his own, was more than we could ask for and was definitely way more than we had hoped for or ever received from his predecessor, a court appointed attorney whose name is not worth mentioning. Mr.Delk’s staff never failed to keep us informed about any and everything pertaining to our family member’s case. Like clockwork, we received a weekly update(either face-to-face or by phone). They were always very professional, efficient and friendly. Even when we were unable to speak directly w/ Mr Delk, we had no doubt that he was working on our behalf. Thank you and your staff for all the hard work and effort. We are truly grateful.
